Look! A Finished Object!

...And, once again, something for my mom. LOL To be fair, I bought this yarn way back in September (I think) and I promised her a scarf with it. As soon as I saw this yarn, I knew EXACTLY what I wanted to do with it. And it took less yarn than I thought.

Mom's Diagonal Scarf

Yarn: Less than 2 balls of...ummm...I'm going to have to edit that later. Not sure.
Pattern: Karen Baumer's Multi-directional Diagonal Scarf.
Needle: Ummm....Again, I'll have to get back to you.

Next up...An Arizona Yarn Crawl.

Another great present from the best Guppy ever! And people ask me why I don't knit!!! Why on EARTH should I take up knitting when I have a world class knitter in the family who turns out gifts at my every whim???? OK, so now I owe the Guppy a quilt, a fair trade in my books, if she ever gets around to giving me some idea as to what direction she is thinking of... Maybe next Saturday, dear daughter?

I was bragging about my daughter and my glorious Lady Eleanor to someone here at work who may join us so that you can show her the joys of knitting, and went to look for the picture of the Lady and my pin on your blog, but for the life of me, I can't find them. Is she hidden? Did you not post a picture of the finished shawl with the pin that Allison made to go with it? Please let me know where it is and how I can find it. The grieving mother...
